The project is located at No. 3918, Daye highway, Fengxian District, Shanghai, covering an area of 1218 mu, with an average plot ratio of 2.18 and a total construction area of about 1.69 million square meters. The project is positioned as "National Science and technology innovation resource hub, intelligent manufacturing industry engine in Yangtze River Delta and demonstration benchmark of industry city integration in Shanghai", plans three leading industries of "big health industry, intelligent manufacturing industry and new generation information technology industry", and constructs three service platforms of "innovation and Entrepreneurship platform, capital platform and human resource platform", Make every effort to build a new city of ecological wisdom, scientific and technological innovation demonstration industry in the Yangtze River Delta.
Thr project of Qidi Xiexin Wisdom port in Fengxian Distinct, Shanghai is planned to be developed in five phases. On the basis of industrial strategy, it will build "three service platforms" and "two innovation mechanisms" to provide support and guarantee for the implementation of industrial strategy, and layout an "urban full complex" industrial park covering commerce, residence, office and production. Phase I of the project is the core start-up area of the whole industrial new town and the best model practice area of industrial transformation in Fengxian new town industrial zone. Build 3500 square meters of urban landscape square with Tsinghua gate as the theme, nearly 900 square meters of urban exhibition hall, as well as roadshow center for 150 people, Joint Office Exhibition Center and conference center, etc.
