INTRODUCTION
The Grand Theater of West Lake Cultural Square is a famous cultural, performing and entertainment platform in Hangzhou. Located at No. 2, West Lake Cultural Plaza, Zhaohui street, Xiacheng District, Hangzhou (West Lake Cultural Plaza Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 1), with convenient transportation and prosperous business district, it is the downtown area of Hangzhou.
The Grand Theater is subordinate to the cultural sector of Dexin Group of Industry, Business and Culture. It is an important platform for the construction of public cultural service system of Zhejiang provincial government.
The Grand Theater has a total area of 7000 square meters, including 2000 square meters of stage and the total number of seats is 1240 seats, 757 seats in the first floor, 319 seats in the second floor and 164 seats in the third floor. It is equipped with 42 opera house style VIP boxes (8 on the first floor, 20 on the second floor and 14 on the third floor), with 4-8 people in each box.
